Store Policies


We will do our best to work with you to ensure that your items meet your exact specifications prior to completion.  As each item is custom made, there are no returns for monogrammed items where the error is not ours.  All other items will be exchanged only, with shipping to be paid by the customer.


Since we keep limited inventory in stock to ensure the uniqueness of each item, sometimes items or fabrics are no longer available.  We will notify you immediately of this situation arises and will work with you to find similar items or fabrics.
